Proview marketing ban iPad from China

In recent days, we talk about the case between Apple Chinese manufacturer Proview. The latter, which accuses Apple of using without authorization the name "iPad", yesterday asked a marketing ban of the tablet in China. This would result in a complete shutdown of production for the world, given that Apple's digital slate is built in China.

However, Chinese authorities have just explained to Proview it should be quite "difficult" to implement such a ban, even if it proves legitimate, due to the popularity of Apple products. That's not to mention that such a production shutdown would cause a huge loss to the principal subcontractor assembler from Apple, Foxconn, that justice seems to have understood.

Note that for its part, Apple claims the purchase rights within China for the name "iPad" there are several that year. However, the original owner denies this and the Chinese court handling the case abounded in his direction. If Apple is still in the hands of the Chinese courts will have to somehow spare the Apple and its national manufacturer.
