Universities of Birmingham, Southampton and Wales Institute Cardiff
are organising an event for the Festival of Social Sciences on
Tuesday the 1st of November. This festival is funded by the Economic
and Social Research Council and it is going to take place at Topcliffe
Primary School in Birmingham.
Researchers from the above institutions, teachers and pupils of the
school are going to show how technology can enhance learning in children
with autism.
The technologies on offer will be ECHOES, COSPATIAL, REACTICKLES and
SOMANTICS.
Parents, practitioners and children are welcome to the school to engage
in hands-on experiences, listen to presentations and to participate in
workshops.
